Small treasures

I'm reflecting back on a few things.. beauty, friendship, and nature all rounding out my week. #lifeisSOgood

There are many small moments to remember, and I love having this space to journal them. If I didn't love photography or have this blog, what would happen to all of these ordinary little memories? These small treasures

This dreamy little lunch spot in Berkeley that my friend suggested

This new obsession: Lavender EO and Epsom salt baths.

Oh and pine cones from Tahoe!

These California hills. I am amazed at how many parks and reserves that are here for a day hike. This was so peaceful and much needed after work! My mood is always lifted after a little bit of nature time.

The color green, I feel like I'll be forever obsessed. It is so calming <3

New oily recipes:

Immunity: 10 drops frankincence, 10 lavender, 10 Thieves, topped off with V6 oil. I roll it on my feet and spine daily.

Beautiful skin: 10 drops of frankincense, 10 copiapa, 10 lavender topped off with coconut oil. I roll this one on my face after cleansing it for a healthy glow, it smells like a spa treatment.

Sweet dreams pillow spray: 10 drops of cedarwood, 10 orange, 10 lavender, a splash of witch hazel, and topped off with water. This is heavenly.

And I saved the best for last, this new friendship. It is so amazing to meet people throughout life that you can relate to on every level. Faith, health, work, etc. These people are such gifts. Hey Kerri...you should extend your contract ;P

I will continue to record the ordinary, because that is what I love to do more than anything. I don't want these countless weeks to pass with nothing to show from them. Try writing down the positives from your week and reflecting back on them over the weekend, when you get a break and find the time to catch up. There is beauty to be found in our every day routines, we just have to appreciate it.

I wish you wellness.
